Welcome to the memorial page for

Tyson Rheault

February 6, 2017

Tyson Florimond Rheault

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Tyson Rheault of Treherne, Manitoba on February 6, 2017 at the age of 20 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Rene and Leslie (née Plaitin); his siblings Joel (Kim), Carlyn (Stephan) and Alison (Richard); his niece and nephews, Tessa, Zack, Chase and Dreyden; grandparents Florimond and Marilyn Plaitin; his girlfriend Lily Bibault; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Tyson was predeceased by his grandparents Roland and Andrea Rheault, Uncle Ron Espenell, and cousin Sarah Foidart.

Since day one, Tyson was a happy kid. He was always goofing around with his family and friends and would do anything for a laugh. He will always be remembered as the life of the party, who could easily capture an entire rooms attention. All those who were lucky enough to know him will miss him dearly.

Tyson was passionate about cars. His red Dodge Charger was his baby. This past summer he fixed it up and had big plans to put a Hemi in it. Throughout highschool, Tyson played many sports including hockey, basketball, volleyball, badminton and track. You name it – he played it. After highschool, his love for basketball continued as he helped his brother, Joel, coach the Treherne Tigers. He also took up snowboarding and went out with his friends and girlfriend, Lily as often as he could. He loved to get his niece and nephew, Tessa and Zack, fired up and racing around his parent’s house. His true love in life was sharing time with his family and friends.

Our family has always been so close; we have carried each other through all of life’s good and bad moments. A piece of us will forever be missing without him. The memories he made with us will forever be treasured as we keep him close in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Treherne Aquatic Centre (Tiger mountain pool Inc. Box 56 Treherne, MB R0G 2V0) or to the Elementary Play Structure Project (Prairie Spirit School Division Box 130 Swan Lake, MB R0G 2S0).
