Charles J. Durand

Peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital on Sunday, November 25, 2018, Mr. Charles Durand passed away at the age of 79 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife Suzanne (née Aminot); his children, Ray (Debbie), Joel (Michelle) and Jack (Tracey); his grandchildren, Tadd, Troy, Jadyn and Payton; and special friends Brenda Keyser, Peter Murdock, Kalyn Murdock Gyselman and Mackenzie Murdock. He also leaves to mourn his siblings and in-laws, Alphonse Durand, Georgette Durand, Germaine Durand, Velma Durand, Lucille Vermiere, Lorraine Deroche, Ronald (Simone) Aminot, Jeanette Aminot, Jeannette (Andre) Durand, Leonel (Diane) Aminot, Paulette (Norman) Berard and Paul Aminot, as well asnumerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

He is predeceased by his parents Jean and Albertine (née Faucher) Durand, his brother Armand, his parents-in-law Jean and Josephine (née Robitaille) Aminot, his in-laws, Jeanette Durand, Jules Vermiere, Marcel Deroche, Fernand Aminot, Gilbert Aminot, Rita (Norman) Lefloch and Clemence Aminot.

Funeral Mass will be held in the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 778 Archibald Street, on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 2 pm with Father Armand Le Gal officiating.  Interment will take place at a later date in the Notre Dame Parish Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 1379 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5
