Peacefully at the St. Claude Health Centre on Thursday, October 26, 2017, Mrs. Simone Dheilly of Haywood, Manitoba passed away at the age of 89 years.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Lorraine (Gilbert) Gaudet, Satch Dheilly, Denis (Lorette), Gerard (Diane), Aurele (Wendy), Raymond (Claudine) and Michelle Fontaine and son-in-law Ted Barylski; 23 grandchildren, Sheena, Ramona, Shannon, Jacqueline, Nicole, Lynne, Claude, Marc, Nadia, Paul, Patrick, Natalie, Melissa, Serge, Chantal, Steven, Dakota, Krisia, Anthony, Veronica, Lindsay, Normand and Lucille; 31 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Emma Lawrence in New Zealand, and a brother Eugene Riel in Edmonton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Simone was predeceased by her husband Albert in 2006; one daughter Diane in 1982; and by two sons Robert 2005 and Alain in 2010.

Prayers will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the St. Denis Roman Catholic Church, in Haywood, MB on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Eulogy and video tribute at 10:30 a.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. with Msgr. Roger Bazin officiating. Interment will take place after Mass in the Haywood Parish Cemetery.
