Peacefully at the Notre Dame Foyer on Friday, January 23, 2015, Mr. Aimé Badiou of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 90 years.
He has left to cherish his memory, his wife of 65 years, Louise (née Philippot); two sons Charles (Kathreen) and Roger (Simone); four grandchildren: Michelle (Scott), Patrick (Stacey), Carl and Marc; and six great-grandchildren: Braden, Kyle, Dylan, Haylee, Brody and Ryan. Aimé also leaves to mourn one brother-in-law Raymond (Laurette) Philippot, four sisters-in-law Yvonne Philippot, Cecile Philippot, Adrienne Troisfontaine and Natalie Jacques; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Aimé was predeceased by his parents Simon Badiou and Ernestine (née Charre); and by one sister Lucienne Philippot.
Funeral services will be held in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, January 29, 2015. Memorial service at 1:30, Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. followed by interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery with Father Armand Le Gal and Father Alain Guenou officiating.
