Peacefully at the St. Claude Health Centre on Saturday, September 3, 2016, Mrs. Bernadette Galbraith of Haywood, Manitoba passed away at the age of 87 years.
She leaves to mourn her four daughters, Janice (Andy) Chevrier, Rosemarie (Daniel) Jackson, Judy Galbraith and Loree-Ann (David) Brennenstuhl; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Keith), Chelsea (Jay), Jayde, Tyler (Tiffany), Brayden, Nolan, Dustin, Lisa and Amy; and one great-grandson Lucas. She also leaves to mourn her brothers and sisters, Jeanne Dedieu, Peggy (Charles) Philippot, Pete Rey, Rose Sawchuk and Georges (Iris) Rey; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Bernadette was predeceased by her husband Robert Galbraith; her parents, Joseph Rey and Juliette (née Gobin); brothers and sisters, Jos (Cecile) Rey, Marie (Jos) Allec, Mathilde (Henri) Gautron, Georgette (Marcel) Badiou, Louise Rey, Louis (Rolande, Louise) Rey, and Lorette (Red) Coppell; and in-laws, Louis Dedieu, Carol Rey, Alec Sawchuk.
Funeral services will be held in the Haywood Roman Catholic Church on Friday, September 9, 2016. Eulogy and video tribute at 7:00 pm followed by Funeral Service at 7:30 pm with Msgr. Roger Bazin officiating. Interment will take place after the funeral in the Haywood Parish Cemetery.
