It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bernard Comte on Saturday, November 10, 2012, at the Notre Dame de Lourdes Hospital.
Left to cherish his memory are his sister Raymonde (Germain) Labossière, Kim, Jason, Gilbert Devloo and his siblings Richard and Gerald, as well as many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Bernard was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Hélène (née Badiou) Comte, his sisters Marie (Étienne) Soulodre, Baby Hélène, Hélène (Jan) Majewski, Odile (Henri) Pantel, Berthe (Roland) Guint and his brother Alphonse.
We wish to express our gratitude to the caring staff of the Foyer Notre Dame, the doctors and nurses of the Notre Dame Hospital as well as the caregivers who assisted Bernard over the last years.
Prayers will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. followed by cremation. Funeral Services will be held in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Prayers, eulogy and video at 1:30, Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. followed by interment in the Parish Cemetery with Msgr Noël Delaquis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernard's memory to the Notre Dame Health Foundation, Box 190, Notre Dame de Lourdes, MB R0G 1M0.
