Camille Van De Spiegle
Peacefully at his residence on Friday, March 9, 2012, Mr. Camille Van De Spiegle of Somerset, MB passed away at the age of 79 years.
He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Elodie (née Labossiere) and their four children, Richard, Debra Lahaie, Ronald and Norman (Janice) Van De Spiegle; nine grandchildren, Joe Van De Spiegle, Chris (Pam) Van De Spiegle, Amanda (Les) Woods, Crystal (Joe) Essiembre, Tara Lahaie (Val Hansen), Cassandra Lahaie, Tyler Van De Spiegle, Jennifer Van De Spiegle and Adam Van De Spiegle; six great grandchildren, Joey Van De Spiegle, Ethan Van De Spiegle, Parker Van De Spiegle, Julian Van De Spiegle, Kaleb Woods and Kaiden Woods. Also left to mourn are his four sisters, Jeanne Verniest, Julia Paquette, Laura Grift and Emma (Wally) Morand, two brothers Victor (Pierrette) and Raymond (Madeline) Van De Spiegle as well as Elodie’s siblings Angele Deschenes, Denise Mestdagh, André Labossiere and Adèlard (Denise) Labossiere and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Albert Van De Spiegle and Romaine (nee Spitaels); one sister Irma Almey; one brother Jules Van De Spiegle; four brothers-in-law, Arthur Paquette, Gerald Grift, Maurice Verniest and Allan Shwaykosky; and by one son-in-law Gilbert Lahaie.
With respect to Camille’s wishes cremation will take place and a Graveside Service will be held at the Somerset Parish Cemetery, in Somerset, MB on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. with Father Armand Le Gal officiating. Lunch to follow at the Somerset Rendez-vous Centre.
