At Pensacola, Florida on Wednesday, July 30, 2008, Chantae Faulk of Pace, Florida passed away at the age of 19 years.
Chantae will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother Nora; her sister Melissa (Bob) King; brothers: Alex and Shadoe; nephew Gavin; nieces: Jaslynn, Nyah, Kaydence and Kiera; her best friends Chelsay Franks from Florida; aunt Linda (Harold) Wickham; uncles: Eddie (Shannon) Faulk, Mickael Faulk; Grandmother Rosie Scott; uncles: Wayne (Memory) and David; Aunts: Lillian, Marina, Hazel, Joyce, Elaine (Norman), Sandra (John), Jana (Eddie) Myran.
Chantae was predeceased by her father Ken Faulk; and by her grandparents Bernice and Joe Bill Faulk.
A Traditional Wake Service will be held in the Swan Lake First Nation Community Hall on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 4 p.m. A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment in the Indian Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kelly Scott, Bob King, Travis Bird, Mike McKinney, Clayton Scott and Morris Scott. Honorary Pallbearers are all Chantae’s cherished family and friends.
