Cory Maranda
With his family at his side, at the Lorne Memorial Hospital in Swan Lake, MB on Friday, September 23, 2016, Cory Maranda of Mariapolis, MB passed away at the age of 27 years.
He will be forever loved and missed by his parents Sandra and Denis Maranda, his brother Tyler and girlfriend Jill Brooking. Also left to mourn is his Grandpa Edmond Maranda, his aunts and uncles: Kim (Robert) Vuignier, Jeannine (Garnet) Pouteau, Lorraine (Kelly) Edmonds and Diane Maranda as well as cousins: Joey (Chantal), Liane (Terry), Janelle (Shaun), Jesse (Jocelyn), Brittany (Mark), Julie (Ryan) and Mitchell along with numerous relatives and many special friends.
Cory was predeceased by his grandparents, Normand and Rita LeFloch and Edith Maranda.
Funeral Service with be held in the Mariapolis Catholic Church on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Armand Le Gal and Father John Tê Nguyên officiating. Private family interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery. Overflow seating will be available in the Mariapolis Hall.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Lorne Memorial Health Foundation or the Boundary Trails Cancercare.
