It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Debbie Badiou, on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at her residence in Winnipeg at the age of 60 years.

She leaves to mourn her sister, Jo-Ann Van De Velde; her nephews, Lance Van De Velde (Louise), Paul Van De Velde (Alessandra), Sam Van De Velde and Regan Hoess; her aunts and uncles, Cécile (Roméo) Delaquis, René Badiou, Renée Delaquis, Aline (Russ) Preston, Annette (Bob) Deleurme, Odile Badiou, Raymond (Viviane) Bazin and Odette Bazin, numerous cousins and friends; also a special friend Madeline (Jeff) Marino and their children, Lisa and Amanda.

Debbie is predeceased by her parents Lou and Suzanne Badiou (née Bazin); her niece Emily Van De Velde; her aunts and uncles, Gérard Badiou, Antoinette (Roland) Brouzes, Denise (Raymond) Avanthay; Alice Badiou, Denise (Roger) Pittet, André Bazin and Raymond Delaquis.

A Private Service will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021.
