Don Anderson
Peacefully at the Notre Dame Hospital on Friday, September 25, 2009, Mr. Don Anderson of Rathwell, Manitoba passed away at the age of 70 years.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife Evelyn (nee Ringrose); three children: Cathy (Dale) Dilworth, Judy (Jim) Harrison and Greg (Tracy) Anderson; eight grandchildren: Candace (Jeff), Jody (Scott), Brooke, Chad, Travis (Amanda), Kirk (Micheline), Melissa and Derek; one great-grandchild Adeline; one brother Glenn (Carol) Anderson; two aunts: Bernice Howell and Lynne Wray; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Bill and Nan Anderson and by one brother Harvey Anderson.
Family graveside services will be held at the Woodlands Cemetery on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 10 a.m. with Reverend Cathy Allan officiating. Everyone is invited to attend a Celebration of Life and a Luncheon at 11 a.m. at the Rathwell Memorial Hall following the service at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rathwell Skating Rink in C/O Grant Lusignan or to the Green Prairie Lodge, Box 158, Rathwell, MB R0G 1S0.
