Donald McKinney Jr.

Donald McKinney Jr. of Brandon, Manitoba passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the age of 29 years.

He leaves to mourn his passing; his children Sadie Knowledge, Justice and Myla; his mother Mavis and father Don Sr.; his siblings Dale, Dallas, Shane, Bradley, Roslyn and Tashi; and his grandmother Joyce McKinney.

He was predeceased by his wife Maria Bell; grandparents Roy McKinney, Dauphin Myerion and Alice Meeches; and uncles Ron McKinney  and Archie Myerion.

Donald loved his family as well as his nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed going to Pow Wows, hunting and watching hockey.

A Traditional Wake will be held at the Swan Lake First Nation Hall on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Swan Lake First Nation Hall on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Indian Springs Cemetery.
