Lillian Eileen Watson (née Esplen)

Peacefully at her residence at Brightwater Senior Living of Tuxedo on Saturday, November 21, 2020, Eileen passed away at the age of 96 years.

She leaves to mourn her passing three children, Dennis (Iris) Briscoe, Herbert (Shirley) Watson and Barbara Metcalfe; six grandchildren, Tara Briscoe, Blake (Taryn) Briscoe, Barry (Janice) Watson, Donny (Christine) Watson, Mark (Kim) Metcalfe and Brent (Nancy) Metcalfe; 13 great-grandchildren, Cole, Emmie, Dylan, Jordyn, Taylor, Ben, Charlie, Will, Maddy, Grace, Julia, Drew and Emily.  She also leaves to mourn one sister Betty (Ray) Haslem and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her first husband Gordon Briscoe in 1958 and by her second husband Allan James Watson in 1986; her parents John and Olive Esplen (nee Hawkins); two brothers, Murray (June) Esplen and Bob Esplen; and by one son-in-law Bruce Metcalfe.

Private family services will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Dauphin, Manitoba.
