Etienne Antonio Rondeau

April 14, 1928 - March 23, 2020

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Etienne "Steve" Rondeau.

Etienne was born and raised in St. Leon, Manitoba, and spent many years farming in the area before retiring to Winnipeg with his wife, Rita.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Rita (née Durand); children, Marielle (Art Swain), Ronald and André; grandchildren, Kayla, Ryler (Katrina), Michelle, Rachelle and Aaron; siblings, Hilda and Damien; daughter-in-law, Shelley; brothers-in-law, Noël (Cécile) Durand, Luc (Wilma) Durand and Noël Pilloud; and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.

Etienne was predeceased by his son, Normand; grandsons, Logan and Jeremy; sisters, Muriel and Yvette; brothers-in-law, Bertrand Lebeau and George Côté; and sister-in-law, Irène.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A family graveside service was held in the St. Leon Parish Cemetery on Saturday, October 9, 2021.
