Eva Henderson (née Gosseye)

Peacefully with family by her side, Eva passed away on October 1, 2026 at the Notre Dame Foyer at the age of 92 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Wayne (Annette) Henderson, Dale Henderson (Betty Koldyk), Diane (Jim) Enns, Irene (Eddie) Stewart, Rodney (Lorry Lynn) Henderson and son-in-law Hubert Monchamp; her grandchildren, Chris (Jenn), Cheryl (Bryan), Craig (Danielle), Darrell (Monica), Ryan (Katie), Corey (Bre), Devon (Charlene), Trevor (Diane), Brendon (Sierra), Nicole (Kris), Dylan (Nikki) and Breann (Nick); her great-grandchildren, Riley, Taylor, Riley, Avery, Luca, Liam, Mason, Tessa, Alexandria (Garett), Tyler, Kamryn, Danika, Kacy, Carson, Nova, Bentley and her great-great-grandchildren Willa and Drew. She is also survived by her brother Marcel Gosseye and her sister-in-law Alice Gosseye along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Eva was predeceased by her husband Vernon, her daughter Florence Monchamp, her son Joseph Henderson, her parents Amedé and Marie as well as by her siblings and in-laws, René Gosseye, twin Rhéa (Omer) Poirier, Yvonne (Eugène) Gaultier, Jim (Lorraine) Henderson, Alfred (Una) Henderson and Emma (Earl) Billings.

Private Family Service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Green Prairie Lodge, Rathwell, MB or the Notre-Dame Foyer.
