Gabrielle Bazin

Peacefully at the St. Claude Hospital on Monday July 11, 2005, Mrs. Gabrielle Bazin of Haywood, Manitoba passed away at the age of 86 years.

She leaves to mourn her passing 7 children:  Odile (Marcel Marin) of Haywood, Thérèse Sibilleau of Winnipeg, Léo (Jacqueline) of St. Claude, Denise (Denis Danais) of St. Claude, Cécile (Albert Furet) of St. Claude, Marial (Shirley) of Iles des Chênes, Eugène (Yvonne) of Haywood, 31 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.  She also leaves to mourn her passing one sister Cécile Lambert, one sister-in-law Yvette Chapellaz, one brother-in-law Clément Bazin and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband Romain in 2003, parents François and Marie-Thérèse (née Juillard), one brother Louis Chapellaz, three infant brothers:  Jean, Louis and Henri, one brother-in-law Noé Lambert and by one son-in-law Paul-Émile Sibilleau.

Prayers will be held at Adam's Funeral Home on Friday July 15, 2005 at 8 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Denis Roman Catholic Church in Haywood, Manitoba on Saturday July 16, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery at a later date.
