Peacefully at the Lorne Memorial Hospital in Swan Lake, Manitoba on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, Mrs. Germaine Goderis of Swan Lake, Manitoba passed away at the age of 77 years.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband Laurent; her son Jason (Lindsey); her in-laws, Elaine Heirman, Marcel Cleutinx, Lorette Deschouwer (Pete), Louise Goderis, Diane (Wayne) Van Cauwenberghe, Doreen Landry (Livio) and Eddie Goderis; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Germaine was predeceased by her parents Ferdinand Heirman and Anna (née Van Peteghem); her brothers, Arthur and Julian Heirman; her in-laws, Cecile (August) Saelens, Yvonne Cleutinx, Albert Deschouwer, Emile Goderis and Rita Goderis.
Funeral services will be held in the St Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Swan Lake, Manitoba on Saturday, August 27, 2016. Eulogy and Video Tribute at 1:30 pm followed by Funeral Mass at 2 pm with Father John Te Nuyguen officiating. Interment will take place after Mass at the Swan Lake Parish Cemetery.
