Jeanne Lecoq (nee Moreau)
Peacefully at the Notre Dame Hospital on Sunday October 13, 2002, Mrs. Jeanne Lecoq of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 87 years.
She leaves to mourn her loving husband Louis Lecoq, 3 daughters: Noreen and husband Peter Defer of Brunkild, Lucille and husband Joe Lesage of Notre Dame de Lourdes, and Evelyn and husband Andre Rheault of Treherne, 15 grandchildren: Steven (Nancy), Russell (Shannon), Marnie (Dan), Brenda, Nicole (Jason), Claire (Guy), Norman (Bridgette), Lynne, Marc, Claudette (Brian), Christiane, Linda, Leanne, Roger and Andrea and 5 great-grandchildren: Matthew, Nicole, Simon, Emily and Janique. She also leaves to mourn 4 sisters-in-law: Joyce Hanks, Julia Lecoq, Bertha Lecoq and Margaret Lecoq, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 2 sisters-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law, 7 Lecoq brothers-in-law and 3 Lecoq sisters-in-law.
Prayers will be held at Adam's Funeral Home on Tuesday October 15th, at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday October 16, 2002 at 2 p.m. preceded by Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30 p.m. with Father Marcel Damphousse officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 200-55 Donald St, Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8 or to a charity of choice.
