Joseph Stanley Tanner
Peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital on Sunday, April 3, 2011, Mr. Joseph Tanner of Swan Lake First Nation, passed away at the age of 71 years.
He leaves to mourn his passing one sister Evelyn Cameron of Winnipeg, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Charles Tanner and Adele Swain, one sister Georgaleen Daniels, one brother Rupert Tanner and by numerous step brothers and sisters.
A Traditional Wake will be held at the Swan Lake First Nation Hall on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 4 p.m.. Funeral Services will be held at the Swan Lake First Nation Hall on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at Indian Springs Cemetery.
