Peacefully at the Notre Dame Foyer on Sunday, July 17, 2016, Mrs. Julia Cabernel of Bruxelles, Manitoba passed away at the age of 90 years.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Linda (Ken) Van Deynze and Eric Cabernel (Sandy); grandchildren, Jesse, Thomas, Cody and Carissa; three siblings, Margaret Trimble (Garry), Bill Meyers (Ellen) and Marjorie Healy (Jerry); two brothers-in-law, Albert Cabernel (Adele) and Remi Cabernel (Angele); and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Julia was predeceased by her husband Marcel in 1993; her daughter Shirley in 1998; one son-in-law Dennis; one brother-in-law Gaston Cabernel and by one sister-in-law Therese Cabernel
Funeral Service will be held in the St. Gerard Roman Catholic Church in Bruxelles, Manitoba on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 2 pm with Father Jose Montepeque officiating. Interment will take place after Mass at the St. Gerard Parish Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Palliative Care with the Tiger Hills Health Centre or the Notre Dame Health Foundation.
