On Friday, June 3, 2011with family by her side Léa Minaudier, age 94, peacefully passed away at the St. Claude Health Care Centre.
Léa is survived by her children Alice, Raymond (Marie), René (Irène), Yvonne (Henri Labossière) and Janine (Curt Tesarski) as well as 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Also left to cherish her memory are her brother Léonard (Irène) and sisters Marie-Thérèse (René Desrosiers), Rose, Angélina (Gerald Connolly) and Céline (Florent Beaudette) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jean Minaudier, son Georges and daughter Marie-Rose (Dedieu), her parents Ulysse and Rosanna Gendre, brothers and sisters Edmond, Louis, Albert, Alphonse, Jean, Noé, Georges, Joseph, Marie-Angèle and Alice.
Funeral Services will be held in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday June 8, 2011. Prayers and Video at 1:30 followed by Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. with Father Marcel Carrière officiating. Private family interment in the Parish Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Claude Health Centre, Box 400, St. Claude, MB R0G 1Z0.
