Peacefully at the Rock Lake Personal Care Home in Pilot Mound, Manitoba on Sunday October 20, 2002, Mrs. Mary Van Cauwenberghe of Swan Lake, Manitoba passed away at the age of 82 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing 4 children: Frances (George) Fifi, Ed (Elaine) Van Cauwenberghe, Bonnie (Lawrence) Vande Vord, Ben (Diane) Van Cauwenberghe, 10 grandchildren: Diana (Mark), Dora (Romeo), Cheryl (Alain), Dale (Marcie), Roberta (Wayne), Carole, Kelly, Matthew, Steven, Kimberley and 21 great-grandchildren: Natia, Jessica, Jovita, Tyler, Desiree, Devin, Chase, Brook, Sadie, Teri-Lyne, Dawson, Mitchell, Alex, Brandin, Kayla, Joseph, Cheyenne, Katrina, Christopher, Daniel and Robyn. She also leaves to mourn her brothers and sisters: Morris (Mary) De Roo, Richard De Roo, Irene De Roo, Martha (Maurice) De Vloo, Bernie De Cosse, sisters-in-law: Lorette De Roo, Alice De Roo and Claris De Ceuleneer, brother-in-law Herb Briem and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Rene, one daughter Josephine, one granddaughter Donna, her parents Victor and Augusta De Roo, one brother Joe De Roo, one sister Annie Briem, and by two brothers-in-law Marcel De Cosse and Robert De Ceuleneer.
Prayers will be held in the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church on Tuesday October 22, 2002 at 9 p.m. followed by Mass of the Christian Burial on Wednesday October 23, 2002 at 2 p.m. with Father Firmin Michiels officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Rock Lake Personal Care Home in Pilot Mound, Manitoba.
