Dad was born and raised in Notre Dame de Lourdes. Being the youngest of 12 siblings, he was adored by his parents, 8 sisters and 3 brothers. He was a devoted father, grandfather, great grandfather and a good friend to all who knew him. His nieces and nephews were also very dear to him.
As a young man he loved hunting, playing baseball and enjoyed curling. In 1950 he married the love of his life. They raised four children and together they worked on the family farm. As a couple, they traveled to various destinations with the Beaudets, Kapphahns and the Monchalins. Later in life, he coached the Saints and to this day was one of the Hawks greatest fan. He loved watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren’s hockey games but made it home on time to watch Hockey Night in Canada.
Dad possessed an unbelievable life spirit that resonated with his family, community and his friends. He embraced his responsibilities and commitments as a farmer allowing his efforts to continue till this day.
