Peacefully at the Glenboro Personal Care Home on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, Mrs. Minnie Evans of Swan Lake, Manitoba passed away at the age of 87 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing: Joan (Laurie) Teichrow of Brandon, Rena Evans of Swan Lake, Murray Evans of Swan Lake, Doug (Debbie) Evans of Swan Lake, Jim Clemis of Glenboro, Milton Clemis of Souris, Ralph (Shirley) Clemis of Belmont and Violet Hamilton of Glenboro. She also leaves to mourn eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband George in 1993; also by twin children at infancy; and by two brothers: George Clemis and Alex Clemis.
Funeral Services will be held in the Swan Lake Catholic Church on Monday, July 28, 2008 at 2 p.m. with Reverend Jim Haupt officiating. Interment to follow in the Swan Lake United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lorne Memorial Hospital or to the Glenboro Personal Care Home.
