Peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sunday, March 15, 2015, Ms. Odile Gobin of St. Boniface, Manitoba passed away at the age of 88 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing three siblings: Louise Gobin, Thérèse Gobin and Aimé Gobin; also the family of Pierre and Victorine Gobin including Sylvia and Gilbert, special person Roxanne Hislop and family and numerous other cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Louis and Julienne (née Philippe).
Prayers will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 3 p.m. with Father Marcel Toupin officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Claude Parish or to a charity of choice.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the 4B Unit at the St. Boniface Hospital for the care and compassion. Also special thanks to Noella Rouire, Paul André and Donat Blais for their help and care given to Odile.
