Peacefully at the Notre Dame Foyer on Saturday, February 19, 2022, Mrs. Odile Meyer of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 76 years.

She leaves to mourn her loving husband Auguste Meyer; four sons, Gilles (Michelle), Marc (Jackie), Guy (Judy) and René Meyer; two granddaughters, Ashley (Ben) and Maegan (Mike); one great-granddaughter Stella; one sister Diane (Raymond) Connelly; two brothers, Louis Bellec and Norbert Bellec (Jeannette); sisters-in-law, Agnes Meyer, Jeanne Heiget and Raymonde Besley as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her first husband René Meyer in 1979; two sons, Roger in 1987 and Joel in 2008; by her in-laws Linda Bellec, Marcelle (Reginald) Champagne, Marie-Therese (Paul) Brunet, Alphonse Besely, Elie (Alice) Meyer, André Meyer and Joseph Heiget.

Odile was a very caring and giving woman, much loved by so many. All of you that have known her over the years know of her accomplishments.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish Cemetery on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 1 p.m., with a reception to follow.

The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all the excellent care that Odile received at the Notre Dame Hospital. The last few months she enjoyed her stay at the Foyer. Her health care workers took the extra time to make her feel at home and comfortable.
