Pierrette Van De Spiegle of Treherne, Manitoba passed away at the Tiger Hills Health Centre on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at the age of 76 years.

Perry is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Victor Van De Spiegle; four children, Neal (Louise) Van De Spiegle, Mark (Monique) Van De Spiegle, Stephen Van De Spiegle (Michelle Charette) and Lia (Glen) Ducharme; 13 grandchildren, Lynn (Kyler), Daniel, Emily, Karina (Daniel), Michelle (Travis), Amy (Kodi), Devin, Jason, Griffin, Sydney, Alyssa, Lindsay and Hannah. Mourning Perry's passing as well, is her very loyal, devoted “sister”, Sandra Bancroft.

She is also survived by three sisters, Lorraine (Denis) Allard, Marielle (Gilbert) Dumontier and Renée Jackson; two brothers, Jean (Linda) Brisson and Paul Brisson; five sisters-in-law, Laura Grift, Emma Shwaykosky, Jeannette Brisson and Ellie Van De Spiegle; one brother-in-law Raymond (Madeleine) Van De Spiegle as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Fabiola and Lionel Brisson; one brother, Roland Brisson; in-laws, Zenaida Brisson, Raymond Badiou, Bill Jackson, Jeannie (Maurice) Verniest, Julia Van De Spiegle (Art Paquette), Camille Van De Spiegle, Gerald Grift, Al Shwaykosky, Jules Van De Spiegle and Irma Almey.

Perry was a generous, kind, devoted human being who always supported and encouraged others. She was guided by a strong faith and was always in service to others. Perry enjoyed the simple things in life like sewing for her family, card games, music and especially loved playing the organ at church service.

Family prayers will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held in St. John Berchmans Roman Catholic Church in Holland, MB on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Eulogy and Rosary at 10:30 followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00 am with Father José Montepeque officiating. Family and close friends are invited to join us after the funeral at the Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery at Treherne MB, with lunch to follow at the Treherne Community Hall.
