On Monday, December 8, 2014, at the Lorne Memorial Hospital in Swan Lake, Manitoba, Prudend peacefully passed away with his family by his side at the age of 99 years.
He leaves to cherish his memory his nieces and nephews: Diane (Roland), Rene (Lorraine), Ernie (Wendy), Harvey (Tersa), John (Marie), Henry (Johanne), Brenda (Daniel), George (Agnes) and Colleen (David) and numerous great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Jan Roels in 1972, his mother Celesta (nee De Rycke) in 1976, two brothers Bert in 1997 and Urbain in 2007 and by one sister Bertha Ketsman in 2010.
Funeral Services will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. with Father Armand Le Gal officiating. Interment to follow in the Swan Lake Parish Cemetery.
