Randal Joseph Grift
Peacefully at the Carman Hospital on Saturday, July 30, 2011, Mr. Randy Grift of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 46 years.
Randy leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Agnes (née Deleurme); four sons: Justin, Vincent, Daniel and Benjamin; his mother Rosella (née Van Deynze); three sisters: Diane (Jim) Worobec, Linda (John) Bacon and Betty (Mark) Bahuaud; two brothers: Edward (Denise) and Andrew (Corinne). He also leaves to mourn Agnes’ family; her parents Albert and Edith (née de Rocquigny); three sisters: Ginette (Roger) Vuignier, Colette (Donald) Sawatzky and Roseline (Michael) DePauw; four brothers: Guy (Blanche), Denis Deleurme, Roland (Carol) and Luc (Lise) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Randy was predeceased by his father Jack Grift in 1998; his twin brothers Rene and Joseph in 1959 and by his brother-in-law Alain Deleurme in 1990.
Funeral Services will be held in the Notre Dame de Lourdes Roman Catholic Church on Friday, August 5, 2011. Memorial Service at 1 p.m., Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. followed by family interment in the Parish Cemetery with Father Leon Mubikayi and Father John McKenzie officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
