Rickie Hobson
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our father, husband, grandfather, brother, and uncle. Rickie passed away peacefully at the 7 Oaks Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sunday, September 21, 2008, at the age of 55 years.
Rickie leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, his wife Monica; his sons: Billy Joe, Cody, Dusty, Chad, Jesse and James; his daughters: Melody, Tara and Holly;
his Brothers: Gary, Melvin and Harry; his sisters: Audrey and Brenda; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Traditional Wake Service will be held in the Swan Lake First Nation Community Hall on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 4 p.m. A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Ken McKinney officiating. Interment in the Indian Springs Cemetery.
