Rita Pantel passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at The Foyer Notre Dame at the age of 97 years.

She was born June 29, 1924 in St. Jean Baptiste, Manitoba, the second youngest child of Emiliene La Rose and Pacifique Touchette.

Rita was predeceased by her husband Albert Henri Pantel on December 6, 1988.  She was also predeceased by her 14 brothers and sisters.

She leaves to mourn her son Romeo (Margie) Pantel, her grandson Shaun (Christine), and great grandchildren, Bryce, Julia, and Sydney; her grandson James (Michaelann) and great-granddaughter Evangeline.  She also leaves to mourn her youngest sister Thérèse Perron, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 1 p.m. The family requests that everyone in attendance wear masks.
