Peacefully at the Lorne Memorial Hospital in Swan Lake, Manitoba on Monday, September 8, 2014 Mr. Roger Chanel of Somerset, Manitoba passed away at the age of 73 years.
Roger is survived by his loving partner Jean Arberry, daughter Connie Chanel, son Dale (Rosanne) Chanel and grandchildren Ian, Scott, Tom and Jessica. He is also survived by his sister Lucille (George) Tough, nephews Chris and Craig Tough as well as numerous relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Marie (née Laporte).
Funeral Services will be held in the Somerset Roman Catholic Church on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Father Armand Le Gal officiating. Luncheon to follow in the Parish Hall with Interment at a later date.
