Romeo Dupasquier

Romeo Dupasquier, passed away peacefully with family by his side, at the Notre Dame Foyer on July 3, 2026, at the age of 92 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Diane Dupasquier (Marty Lund) of Bolingbrook, Illinois, Sandra Dupasquier (Kevin Shea) of Clearwater, Florida, Lillian (Mark) Michaels of Nebo, North Carolina and Paul (Jennifer) Dupasquier of West Chicago, Illinois; and his brother Maurice Dupasquier; his grandchildren, Mellisa Adamec (Effrom Pyatt), Joseph Adamec (Jackie Farnsworth), Rebecca Corona (Jason), Jamie Michaels (Will Turner), Emily (Jon) Shaad, Sam Michaels (Ashton Edwards), Matthew (Olivia) Dupasquier and Mason Dupasquier; his great-grandchildren Riley, Dashel, Evan, Alex, Griffin, Owen, Landon, Logan, Adalyn, Janaya, Harriet and Simon . He also leaves special extended family members, his “second family”, Gilles and Marcie Dupasquier, Stefan and Katie Dupasquier, and their families, Nikita (Bryan Devloo: Teagan, Brock and Lennox), Natasha (Brenden Gaultier: Nash), Tiffany (Patrick Muller) and Kenzie Dupasquier (Nathan Talbot), Taylor, Claire, Andrea and Charlie Dupasquier; Estelle and Roland Van Deynze, Roger and Louise Dupasquier, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Romeo was predeceased by his son Lawrence Dupasquier, his daughter Susan Dupasquier, his parents Antoine and Oliva Dupasquier, his siblings Aurele (Germaine) Dupasquier, Robert (Joann) Dupasquier, Henri (Alice) (June) Dupasquier; and the mother of his children Colleen Langstaff.

Celebration of Life will held at the Notre Dame Centennial Hall on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The service will be live streamed at www.afh.ca

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Toba Centre for Children and Youth.
