With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Roy Matthews, who passed away at his residence at the age of 53 years.
He leaves to cherish his memory his special friend Vivian Alarie; children Troy (Lucinda) Alarie, Stephen Alarie and Andrew Matthews and his grandchildren Katie and Emma Alarie. Roy was also waiting with pride and anticipation, the arrival of his third grandchild from his son Troy and Lucinda Alarie. Roy also leaves to mourn his three brothers: Gerald Matthews, Ron Matthews and Brendon Matthews and sister Margaret Henshaw as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Marcella Matthews.
The family wishes to have a private burial at a later date.
