Sandra-Jeanne Isobel Chadwick

Her family announces with sadness, that Sandra-Jeanne, known to many as Sandi, passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on August 4, 2026, at the Foyer Care Home in Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba, at the age of 77.

She was predeceased by her father, George (1999) and her mother, Helen (1994).

Sandra-Jeanne was very proud of the nursing diploma she received from the School of Nursing at Toronto East General and Orthopaedic Hospital in 1974. In later years she developed an interest in the holistic approach to health care. She spent her life using her special gifts to care for the well-being of others.

Sandi was always quick with an encouraging word and a ready smile. She will be missed by her many cousins and friends.

Sandi's family would like to thank the staff at Foyer Care Home for their kind and compassionate care. Also, a special thank you to her dear friends in Manitoba who spent time with her both in the hospital and at the care home.

Cremation has taken place as requested by Sandra-Jeanne. An interment will take place at a later date at the Melville Cemetery in Markham, Ontario.
