Solange Lecoq

On Sunday, June 20, 2021, at the St. Boniface Hospital Mrs. Solange Lecoq passed away at the age of 83 years.

She will be greatly missed by her husband of 61 years, Leon Lecoq, children, Roger (Lynda) Lecoq, Gerald (Sheila) Lecoq, Donna (Darren) Freeman and Lynn (Ed) Balske, grandchildren, Mitchell, Corey, Trevor (Megan), Garrett, Dayton, Landon, Justin (Chantel), Nathan (Danielle),Colton (Megan) and Brenden (Victoria), as well her great-grandchildren, Willow, Quill, River and Fin.  Also left to mourn her passing are her sisters, Juliette (Ernest) Rheault and Germaine (Antoine) Desrochers and her in-laws, Antoinette Coppens, Yvonne (Robert) Callewaert and Denis Lecoq, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Solange was predeceased by her parents Aimé and Léa Rheault, her brothers, Germain (Yolande) Rheault and Noël (Shirley) Rheault and by her in-laws, Antoine and Guillemine Lecoq, Angele (Bert Chaperon) (Raymond Zeke), Henri Coppens, Laurent (Bonnie) Lecoq and Marie Lecoq.

Funeral Service will take place at the Notre Dame de la Nativité Church in Somerset, Manitoba on Saturday, August 28, 2021.  Eulogy and Video will take place at 3:00 p.m. followed by Mass at 3:30 p.m. and interment in the Parish Cemetery. Everyone is welcome to attend in the Church, which has a maximum capacity of 125 people. The Funeral Service will be able to be viewed online at 7:00 pm.
