Peacefully at the Portage and District General Hospital on Saturday, May 6, 2017, Mrs. Susan Nelson of St. Claude, Manitoba passed away at the age of 64 years.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Walter; two children, George Nelson (Amanda) and Cheryl Nelson (Claude); three grandchildren, William Nelson, Dylan Hall and Addysynne Harcus; her mother Ruby Gill; four siblings, Diane Gill, Angelo (Darlene) Gill, Tom Gill (Dorothy) and June Gill. Susan also leaves to mourn Walter’s sister Brenda Doerksen and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her father Allen Gill; two brothers, Grant Gill and Paul Gill; Walter’s parents, Walter and Emily Nelson; his sister Valerie Nelson and by one brother-in-law Edward Doerksen.
With respect for Susan’s wishes there will be no formal funeral service.
