Tharsile Foidart (née Fifi)

Tharsile Foidart, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, at Boundary Trails Health Centre on October 15, 2025, at the age of 86 years.

Tharsile leaves to mourn her loving husband Leonard; her children, George (Patsy) Payette, Nestor (Pat) Payette, Michel (Arlette) Payette, Robert (Cindy) Payette, Doris (Paul) Verhaeghe and Paul (Lori) Payette; Leonard’s children, Michelle (Kevin) Barbour, Peter (Kelly) Foidart, Coreen Foidart and Paul (Charlene) Foidart, her grandchildren, Henri (Jenna), Miranda, Ashley, Albert (Fernanda), Patrick (Jared), Daniel (Alaina), Luc (Ashley), Eric (Miranda), Marina, Monique (Scott), Lyle (Michelle), Nicole, Jocelyn, Shannon, Kirstyn, Andrew, Skylar (Parker) and Braden; her great-grandchildren, Camilla, Jaylend, Zoey, Ella, Maeve, Dante, Kinsley, Carter, Layla, Norah, Laine, Tayen, Tyrus, Darrius, Coral and Finley. She also leaves to mourn her siblings, Yvette (Armand) Hacault, Henriette (Elmer) Mauws and her sisters-in-law Mathilde Fifi and Angele Fifi, as well numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Henri and Jeanne Fifi; her siblings, Hubert Fifi, Br. Adolphe Fifi, George (Frances) Fifi, Armand Fifi, Jean Fifi, Marie Rose (André) Godard and Nöel Fifi.

The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to Dr. Caswill and the staff at Boundary Trails Health Centre for their wonderful care.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Notre Dame Catholic Church on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The service will be live streamed at www.afh.ca

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Missionaries of Africa, White Fathers.
