Peacefully at the Notre Dame Hospital on Friday, August 15, 2008, Mrs. Thérèse Fouasse of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 82 years.
She leaves to mourn Robert, her loving husband of 58 years; five children: Norman (Yolande) Fouasse of Notre Dame, Agnes (René) Gaultier of Graysville, Charles (Lorraine) Fouasse of Brandon, Ilene (Igor) Marchenko of Winnipeg and Simone (Grant) Vermeire of Devon, AB; 16 grandchildren: Lynn (Reimund), Guy (Cheryl), Julie (Shawn), Daniel, Josée, Katrine, Robert (Tanya), Richard, Aaron (Tina), Shannon (Carl), Katrina, Nikolas, Luke, Jodie, Lianne, and Melanie; and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Cécile Pallard; four brothers: Hubert (Deanna), Damien, Léandre and Alain; one sister-in-law Aline Durand; one brother-in-law Jean Simoens; and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Maxime Durand and Marie (LeMoullec); one brother Paul; one sister Gertrude Simoens; one brother-in-law Raymond Pallard; and by one sister-in-law Helene Durand.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Léon Mubikayi officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
