Peacefully at the Notre Dame Foyer on Wednesday, December 26, 2007, Mrs. Vicki Lavoie of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 93 years.
She leaves to mourn her passing one daughter-in-law Elaine Turpaud of Calgary; two granddaughters: Donna (Larry) Smith and Lorrie (Martin) Buchan; three great-grandchildren: Travis, Kimberly and Kassandra; two sisters: Lorette Hawes of Kamloops, and Germaine (Gilbert) Brunel of Notre Dame de Lourdes; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her first husband Louis Turpaud in 1938; and by her third husband Louis Lavoie in 1986; and by her only son Gilbert Turpaud in 1995.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 2 p.m., Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30 with Father Léon Mubikayi officiating. Interment to follow in the St. Lupicin Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Lupicin Cemetery, Altamont, MB R0G 0A0.
