Wilfrid Labossière
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Boundary Trails Health Centre on Saturday, February 27, 2016, Mr. Wilfrid Labossière of St. Leon, Manitoba returned to the Father’s house at the age of 72.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife Solange (née Grenier); 2 children, Richard (Lyn) and Méo Labossière; two grandchildren, Jaden and Brielle; four siblings, Edna Henderson, Victor (Diane) Labossière, Gilbert Labossière and Marielle (Don) Craw. He also leaves to mourn Solange’s siblings, Norbert (Angèle), Gisèle (Mark), Jean (Jeannette), Roselyne (Warren), Lucie (Roy) and Florent (Linda); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Wilfrid was predeceased by his parents Méo and Lucienne (née Grenier); parents-in-law Laurent Grenier and Marthe (née Labossière); one sibling, Florette (Lawrence) Henderson; and by his in-laws, Bob Henderson, Lucille Labossière, Colombe (Edgar) De Vuyst, Pauline Grenier, Paulette Grenier and Dan Deigard.
Prayers will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the St. Leon Roman Catholic Church on Friday, March 4, 2016. Viewing and Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30 p.m., followed by Mass at 2:00 p.m. with Father Armand Le Gal officiating. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
