His nieces and nephews: Samantha, Kaleina, Michal, Hayden, Isaiah, Roger, Vincent, Lucas, Layton, Liam, Stanley & Bentley. His Koko Emma Martin also numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a very large loving extended family.

Bruce was predeceased by his sister Shannon, his brother Blair, Nephew Xavier, Grandparents Tony & Alexandra Cameron, Joe Martin, Donald Cameron and many more.

Bruce was born to Virginia & Ivan Martin on January 9, 1988. Bruce was the eldest child and took on many responsibilities in caring for his younger siblings as they grew up. Bruce graduated from Treherne High School in 2006. Bruce will be remembered forever as kind, considerate young man, many mentions that Bruce was that kid that would stop by to say hello & chat for a bit. He was also "the helper" (shkabance) lending a hand at the cultural events, family gatherings/feast, ceremonies and at the sundance. Bruce was the horse man, well known for his love for horses, riding bareback, the "old' way. Bruce's traditional name Giisoowanin (Sun Man) so fits the young man he was.  We are left with broken hearts but fond and cherished memories.
