Fernand Rheal Labossiere
April 27, 1932 – June 9, 2019 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear father, husband, and grandfather, Fernand Labossière.  Fernand passed away peacefully on June 9, 2019 at the St. Boniface Hospital.           

Fernand was born in St. Léon, Manitoba.  He is predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Clemence (Rheault) along with siblings Edouard, Cécile, Edith, Lucille, Léda, Tony, Florent and infants Donald, Yves and Diane.

He will live on in the hearts of his wife, Jeannette, children Noël (Sharon), Morice (Kristen), Odette (Roy), his grandchildren; Kieran, Justine, Gabrielle, Aidan, Julia and Alex along with his sister Jeannette, brother Alain and many relatives and friends.

The family wants to express heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and health care aids of 4A South, St. Boniface Hospital. 

In lieu of flowers, and if friends so desire, contributions may be made to the Agape Table, 346 Furby Street, R3B 2V5, or a charity of your choice.

A Funeral Mass for Fernand will be held on Saturday, June 15, 11:00am with a preceding eulogy, at the St. Charles Catholic Church, 320 St. Charles Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.  Interment to follow at 4:00pm at the cemetery in Somerset, Manitoba.
