Laurent “Lollipop” to all who knew him was an avid outdoorsman who could often be found hunting, trapping or fishing when he was not farming. One of his many passions was curling and he participated in numerous local bonspiels throughout the years. Lollipop was always there to lend a helping hand or give advice to anyone who may have needed it. His day would often start with “going for coffee” bringing a one of a kind sense of humour into every conversation, he loved hearing all the stories from friends around town and making sure he knew how every local farmer was doing that year. Family and friends were especially important to him, you would often find the neighbouring Ketsman’s and Cody Whelpton visiting him at the farm and undoubtedly learning some of life’s unique lessons.  Laurent “Lollipop” will forever be remembered in our hearts.

A Private Funeral Service will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 2 p.m with Father Vincent Lusty officiating. Everyone is invited to attend the interment service at the Swan Lake Parish Cemetery at 4:30 p.m.  For those unable to attend, please watch live via Webcast.
