Peacefully at the Tiger Hills Health Centre in Treherne, MB on Sunday, June 28, 2020, Mrs. Lillian Hird of Treherne, MB passed away at the age of 97 years.

She leaves to mourn her passing nine children, Arnold (Janice), Barbara Hrehorsky, Robert (Doreen), Wilbert, Stewart (Linda), Mervin (Shawna), Gerald (Lovie), Darlene (Rene) Dujardin and Daren (Sandra) and one daughter-in-law Josie Hird; her grandchildren, Barrie (Tasha), Darcy, Sherry (Tryggvin), Cheryl (Jerry), Pattie (Terry), Tisha, Jackie, Wesley (Renalda), Roxanne (Richard), Tammy (Chris), Jolene (Kevin), Nicolas (Sarah), Tanya, Jodie, Denny (Maxine), Lori-Jo (Mike), Michael, Jenny (Domi), Ashley (Jamie), Amber and Dustin; her great grand-children; Braylee, Joshua, Brenna, Kayla, Kristy (Dwight), Derrick, Dru, Justin, Braden, Ryan, Shaelyn, Bryn, Brodie, Ethan, Jared (Stacey), Becky (Justin), Richard, Rheal, Brooklyn, Breanne, William, Cheyenne, Sierra, Mercedes, Carter, Cassandra, Jesse, Hannah, Angele, Colby, Kierstin, Ella, Jesse, Tanner, Kylie and Lexi; her great-great-grandchildren; Brooklyn, Grady, Adley, Easton and Harlow; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mom was predeceased by her husband Duncan Hird in 2000, son Ronald Hird, great-grandsons Noah and Zachary Danais, her siblings;  Violet (John) Forman, Ivy (Harry Triggs) (William Hooey), George (Mabel) Triggs, Margaret (Glenn) Hutchinson, Alfred (Ruth) (Opal) Triggs and Ernest (Lee) Triggs. 

Private Funeral Services will be held at Adam’s Funeral Home on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 2 p.m. with Heather Grobb officiating.  Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Funeral services will be available to view live online. For those who would like their name to appear in the guestbook, please email your name to office@afh.ca
